Shabu Shabu is hotpot with a difference; its ingredients and savory or piquant dipping sauces give it a distinctive Japanese flavor that distinguishes it. Choose from a platter heaped with paper-thin slices of melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu beef, fragrant shiitake mushrooms and tender fresh vegetables, tofu and noodles, and swish the morsels to taste, in a simmering (and fat reducing) dashi broth. Then delight your taste buds by dipping them in your choice of a savory sesame or a bright citrusy sauce.
